This man’s work has helped countless Pennsylvania Residents during their darkest times. He is an expert on drug and alcohol policy, having advised presidents. In 1992-3, Tennis served under Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton as Executive Director of the President’s Commission on Model State Drug Laws. Between 2012-2017, he helped carve Pennsylvania’s approach to fighting the opioid epidemic, as secretary of state drug and alcohol programming.
