Appointed to the Supreme Court in 2001 by Governor Tom Ridge, Kevin Dougherty has earned his place on the bench with positions as Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia to Judge of the Common Pleas Court to Supervising and Administrative Judge of the family and trial divisions in Philadelphia.
