My guest on tomorrow’s show is American blues harmonica player and bandleader Charlie Musselwhite. He came to prominence during the early 1960’s, along with such musical icons as Mike Bloomfield, Paul Butterfield, and John Lee Hooker. Often identified as the “white bluesman”, Musselwhite was the inspiration for Elwood Blues; the character played by Dan Aykroyd in the 1980 film, “The Blues Brothers.” He has a great long-term recovery story! Listen Friday at 3 PM on Talk 860 WWDB-AM! Clean and Sober Radio is underwritten by Rehab After Work, Recovery Centers of America, Banyan Treatment Center, Malvern Institute, and White Deer Run.
