My guest on Friday’s show is Walter Trout. His musical resume is long and very impressive, playing with bands such as Canned Heat, John Mayall, Santana etc. Trout began his career in Ocean City, New Jersey. After moving to Los Angeles in the late 60’s, he teamed up with well-known musicians John Lee Hooker and Joe Tex. Trout, a singer, song writer, and guitarist, played many great shows with these other renowned musicians. He had many good times, but also struggled with a devastating addiction, and cirrhosis of the liver. Trout had a transplant in 2016… He has been sober from drugs and alcohol for over 30 years. Do not miss this riveting interview. Listen Friday at 3 PM EDT on Talk 860 WWDB-AM!
