Happy Thanksgiving from Clean and Sober Radio! My guest co-host tomorrow will be David Sussman. We will be discussing the unnecessary prescribing practices of some doctors, and in many emergency rooms across the country. Due to a recent medical issue, David was prescribed an unusual amount of drugs, but as a person in long-term recovery fortunately knew better. He will fill us in on his experience. Do you just take drugs because the doctor prescribed them? No! Doing so can be the back-door to relapse. Also, Mike Zito will be joining us. In May 2019, the Blues Foundation named Zito best blues rock artist, and awarded him the Blues Music Award.
