This week! I will sit down with Philly Behavioral Health Commissioner Dr. Arthur Evans. Evans has tirelessly fought to transform Philadelphia’s Behavioral Healthcare System. He has invested heavily in clinically measurable services, and forged partnerships with clinical researchers such as Aaron Beck M.D and Edna Foa, Ph.D. to implement evidence based practices. Today, “Clean And Sober” will focus on the trials and future of behavioral healthcare in Philadelphia which oversee’s 1.5 million people. “We view transformation in a couple of ways- one is that it builds off of a long history of Philadelphia of innovation and really trying to be at the forefront of how behavioral health services are delivered.
