We have two great guests tomorrow on Clean and Sober Radio. Former Philadelphia City Councilman Rick Mariano, who was jailed in 2006 for trading political favors for cash ,and spent 4 years in jail. After being released in 2010, Mariano dealt with divorce, cancer, unreturned calls, self-forgiveness, money woes, and unemployment. Mariano had been a very flamboyant member of council who carried a gun, and was in many fights at City Hall. Our other guest is former Channel 6 Sports Director Don Tollefson, who also went to jail for fraud. These two resilient guys have been on top and on the bottom.
