These folks are incredibly important and powerful. They can turn great ideas into laws. Commissioner Winder understands addiction because the disease of addiction is in her own family. She has the compassion and understanding of addiction and has been instrumental and will continue to be an advocate of our community. She is an example of how the government can work for the people.
