He was one of the first District Attorneys to endorse “LETI” Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative…. a program that encourages law enforcement to steer defendants of some offenses to treatment instead of incarceration. Jack has always been a supporter of the recovery community and understands addiction. He is now running for the office of ATTORNEY GENERAL for the state of Pennsylvania. This is the top legal position in every state. The state needs him and so does the recovery community.
