Addiction shows no mercy even to the most powerful members of society. Our guest on our next broadcast was the District Attorney of the 4th largest city in America. Seth Williams was DA in Philadelphia from 2010 until 2017 when he was indicted on 23 counts of bribery, extortion and fraud. He served over 2 and 1/2 years in prison. Many of us who were convicted of crimes had a choice…learn from the experience or not. Seth has been giving back to the community for many years now. His story is one of terrible decisions, loss of reputation and freedom BUT the important lesson here is that we can and do recover from addiction. Seth’s story is unique only for the fact that he was a public figure and had fallen so far from grace. Don’t miss this interview.
