In 1976 our guest Don Tollefson was hired as sports director at the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia WPVI. He stayed at WPVI for 15 years and also worked at WTXF Fox 29 for some years……..a stellar career in broadcasting came to an end in 2013 when allegations began to surface that Tollefson had been defrauding individuals and charities for payments for trips to large sporting events. He was eventually found guilty and sentenced to 2-4 years in state prison. Don has since found religion and sobriety….Let’s let Don tell the story.
