The Philadelphia Fire Department has a program called the Alternative Response Unit that is involved in helping those folks struggling with addiction to get treatment 24 hours a day.. Bill Stahl and Captain Tabitha Boyle will be our guests to explain this unique program of helping those on the streets in life threatening physical and mental despair to get help.
