In 2011, Dr Harris Newman was sentenced to 7.5 to 15 years in state prison for writing prescriptions for opioids and other pain medications for no legitimate medical reasons. Many prescriptions were written in exchange for sex. Dr. Newman will be on our show tomorrow (Friday). He was recently released from State Prison and will talk about his tragic fall from grace, a once highly respected Bucks County doctor, to a convicted felon.
